Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in accordance with health regulations to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff. Offer expert advice on hair care routines, product recommendations, and retail sales to boost client satisfaction and salon revenue. Stay current with the latest trends in hair styling Experience Proven experience in cosmetology or barbering with a strong portfolio of diverse hair styling projects. Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional customer service while upselling products and retail items effectively. Strong communication skills to connect with clients confidently and understand their individual style preferences.
