All roles are paid, ensuring your expertise is valued from day one. Duties Deliver a wide range of hair services such as cutting, styling, coloring, and hair extensions tailored to client needs. Perform specialized treatments including eyelash extensions, nail care, and makeup application to elevate client satisfaction. Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by cleaning tools and workstations according to health regulations. Utilize salon software (meevo) for appointment scheduling, client management, and retail sales tracking. Provide excellent customer service by understanding client preferences and offering personalized recommendations. Upsell retail products such as hair care items, styling tools, and cosmetics to enhance the client experience and increase revenue. Manage front desk responsibilities including greeting clients, checking in appointments, and handling payments efficiently. Mentor junior staff or apprentices to foster skill development within the team. Requirements Valid cosmetology or barbering license with proven experience in hair styling and grooming techniques Strong knowledge of sanitation practices and salon safety protocols. Excellent communication skills to connect with clients and team members effectively. Experience in retail sales, upselling techniques, and retail math to maximize revenue

Pay:

$22.56 - $27.17 per hour
