Impact Health is looking for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant on a Part Time Basis to Help Cover Dover, NH !!! Compensation and Benefits:
Earning potential: $110,000-$200,000 (salary based on experience + easily achieved monthly bonuses)Flexible Schedule:
Monday - Friday. No on-call, weekends, or holidays. Deliver person-centered care using evidence-based practices Collaborate with interdisciplinary facility teams Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and manage follow-up care Educate patients, families, and staff Complete timely documentation (within 24 hours) Ensure compliance with state regulations in SNF settingsQualifications:
Active license as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) Minimum 2 years of post-certification experience Experience in SNFs, hospitalist roles, emergency departments, orICU/SICU
