Half-time Salaried School Counselor

Green Meadow Waldorf School is seeking a Half-time Salaried School Counselor. The School Counselor is responsible for school-wide efforts to support the social-emotional and behavioral health of students in grades 6-12, to work with faculty and parents to address social-emotional and health issues, to uphold and strengthen an anti-racist and diversity-responsive environment, organize support health forums, and be a consultant on healthy school policies and curriculum. The School Counselor is part of the high school advisors circle and meets with middle school teachers as needed. As part of Student Support Services, the School Counselor collaborates regularly with the Educational Support Coordinator. Strong interpersonal and administrative skills are a must.

Reports to:

School Administrator. Compensation is commensurate with experience and educational background. The salary range is $25,000 to $40,000. Interested candidates should submit a letter of interest, resume, and three references to Laurie Puca, Assistant to the Administrator, at lpuca@gmws.org.
