Keep the Store Running - Behind the Scenes and Hands-On! We're looking for a reliable, skilled, and self-motivated Handyman to support our Dunkin' stores with routine maintenance, repairs, and upkeep. What You'll Do:

Perform basic repairs and maintenance across multiple Dunkin' locations (plumbing, electrical, light carpentry, painting, etc.) Inspect and troubleshoot issues with equipment, fixtures, and building systems (including coffee equipment, refrigeration, fryers, etc.) Respond quickly to service requests from store managers Support preventative maintenance schedules and safety inspections Coordinate with outside vendors for specialized repairs when needed Assist with small improvement projects and store updates Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Assisting with other duties when assigned and or helping other team members Ensure work is done efficiently and in compliance with health and safety standards

What We're Looking For:

2+ years of general maintenance, handyman, or facility support experience (restaurant or retail preferred) Strong knowledge of basic repairs (plumbing, electrical, drywall, equipment) Ability to travel between store locations as needed (valid driver's license required) Strong communication and time management skills Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks Must be dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently This position operates in a restaurant environment. Dunkin staff are frequently exposed to hot equipment, cleaning chemicals, and moderate noise levels. The role requires regular standing, bending, lifting, and reaching.
