Job Description:

JRN #2511 We are seeking a talented Facilities Property Manager to support our client, a UHNW family in Palm Beach, FL. This is a hands-on leadership position for a highly skilled facilities professional who takes genuine pride in operational excellence. This role will be the technical backbone of a world-class oceanfront estate, keeping systems running, standards immaculate, and problems solved before the principals ever notice them. This role will work in close partnership with the House Manager and step into the daily rhythm of an established, professional household staff. The right person has both the technical depth to troubleshoot complex systems independently and the leadership presence to hold a team to a high standard.

Responsibilities:

Estate & Grounds Daily walkthroughs and proactive issue identification across all exterior areas Immaculate presentation of driveways, walkways, porches, entrances, and guest arrival areas Power washing, exterior detailing, window cleaning coordination Oversight of landscaping, lawn care, children's outdoor play areas, and waste/service zones Pools, Spas & Water Features Daily oversight of all pools, spas, fountains, pumps, and filtration systems Water chemistry monitoring, cleanliness, and guest-ready presentation at all times Proactive identification of equipment issues; vendor coordination for repairs Facilities & Skilled Troubleshooting HVAC monitoring and preventative care Plumbing systems - assessment and hands-on resolution Electrical troubleshooting and lighting systems Smart home, automation, and A/V systems General repairs and construction project coordination The goal: resolve independently wherever possible. Vendor calls are the exception, not the rule. Vendor & Project Management Manage all exterior and facilities vendor relationships with accountability and professionalism Schedule, supervise, and quality-check all vendor visits and project work Serve as the on-site operational point person - principals are never burdened with logistics Team Leadership Direct day-to-day oversight of a dedicated exterior team member (13-year estate employee) Set clear expectations, delegate effectively, and maintain consistent high standards Lead by example with work ethic, professionalism, and follow-through Vehicles & Logistics Support Vehicle washing, detailing, fueling, and maintenance schedule monitoring Assistance with luggage, travel logistics, and household errands as needed

Requirements:

Has experience working on large private estates or luxury properties Must be highly trustworthy and discreet Must be deeply proactive and solutions-oriented Takes pride in maintaining beautiful environments Has strong handyman and troubleshooting abilities Understands luxury service standards Can seamlessly shift between hands-on tasks and operational oversight Has strong organizational and communication skills Operates with urgency, ownership, and professionalism Understands preventative maintenance and long-term property stewardship

Compensation:

Up to $115k DOE, benefits package.
