$16.00 per hour Job Overview We are seeking reliable, professional, and highly trained Concierge Security Officers to serve at a hotel's main entrance desk. This role combines customer service and security responsibilities. You will be the first point of contact for guests, so friendliness, professionalism, and strong observation skills are essential. Key Duties & Responsibilities Patrol premises regularly to maintain order and visible presence Monitor and authorize entry of guests, visitors, and vehicles Remove trespassers or wrongdoers when necessary Assist with guest check-in and check-out procedures Verify guest registration and payment methods Distribute room keys and calculate charges during stay Answer calls from guests and external customers Secure exits, doors, and windows after operations Monitor surveillance cameras for suspicious activity Investigate disturbances or unlawful acts Respond to alarms, service calls, and emergencies (medical/fire) Provide assistance to guests and individuals in need Detain perpetrators when required according to legal protocol Complete daily reports and incident documentation Perform foot patrols, parking enforcement, and physical tasks (lifting up to 50 lbs) Requirements Active D Security License required High School Diploma or equivalent Proven experience as a security officer/guard Strong observation and surveillance skills Knowledge of legal guidelines for security and public safety Experience with report writing and surveillance systems Training in First Aid/BLS and self-defense preferred Ability to work independently and handle emergencies Professional appearance and strong customer service skills Preferred Background Law Enforcement Corrections Military Service Specialized Security Training Ideal Candidate Traits Reliable and trustworthy Strong presence and professionalism Friendly and customer-focused Calm under pressure High attention to detail Apply today to join a professional security team dedicated to safety, service, and excellence.
