Job Description

Inspect and arrange maintenance to meet standards or fix what you can Maintain a positive, productive relationship with tenants Work with Property Coordinator to make sure property runs smoothy Show apartments to prospective tenants Perform Move Outs with Tenants Clean units after move out to ready unit for next tenant Receive New tenant Paperwork and have them sign the paperwork. Send back to office Be the Liaison between tenants and management Supervise tenant behavior (excessive noise, pets, loitering and etc) Keep buildings clean by vacuuming and picking up any trash and general cleaning as necessary Mow the grass Shovel/salt sidewalks
