Hardscape Installer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Hardscape Installer to join our landscaping team. The Hardscape Installer is responsible for building and installing outdoor living features such as patios, walkways, retaining walls, paver systems, fire pits, and other stone or concrete structures. This position requires physical labor, attention to detail, and the ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Key Responsibilities Install pavers, retaining walls, patios, walkways, driveways, and other hardscape and drainage features Prepare job sites by grading, excavating, and leveling surfaces Operate hand tools, power tools, compactors, saws, and other equipment safely Read and follow blueprints, layouts, and project specifications Load and unload materials and equipment Ensure projects are completed according to quality and safety standards Maintain clean and organized work areas Assist with landscaping tasks when needed Communicate effectively with crew members and supervisors Follow company safety procedures and OSHA guidelines Qualifications Previous hardscape, construction, masonry, or landscaping experience required Ability to lift 50-100 pounds regularly Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions Experience operating skid steers, mini excavators, or compact equipment is a plus Strong work ethic and reliability Valid driver's license required Ability to work independently and as part of a team Physical Requirements Frequent lifting, bending, kneeling, and standing for extended periods Ability to work on uneven terrain and in physically demanding environments Schedule & Compensation Full-time, seasonal or year-round depending on company operations Overtime may be required during peak season Pay based on experience Benefits (Optional) Health insurance Paid time off Overtime opportunities Training and advancement opportunities Company uniforms or equipment

Pay:

$25.00 - $35.00 per hour
