Hardscape Foreman:

Supervision and Leadership:

Directing and motivating hardscape crews, assigning tasks, and ensuring projects are completed according to specifications.

Project Management:

Planning, organizing, and managing hardscape installations, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.

Installation:

Ensuring proper installation techniques are followed, including the installation of paver patios, retaining walls, walkways, and other hardscape elements.

Safety:

Enforcing safety protocols on the job site and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Communication:

Communicating effectively with clients, crew members, and other stakeholders.

Quality Control:

Inspecting work to ensure it meets quality standards and client expectations.

Equipment Management:

Maintaining and operating hardscape equipment, including tools and machinery.

Training:

Providing training and mentorship to crew members.

Problem Solving:

Addressing challenges and issues that arise during the installation process.

Skills and Qualifications:

Extensive experience in hardscape installation:

Knowledge of various hardscape materials and techniques.

Leadership and management skills:

Ability to effectively lead and motivate crews.

Strong communication skills:

Ability to communicate effectively with clients, crew members, and other stakeholders.

Mechanical aptitude:

Ability to operate and maintain hardscape equipment.

Problem-solving skills:

Ability to identify and resolve issues that arise during the installation process. Familiarity with safety regulations and practices: Ability to ensure a safe working environment.

Job Type:

Full-time Pay:

$23.49 - $26.19 per hour
