Full-Time, In-Person Position Overview:

We are seeking a dependable and customer-focused Hardware & Lumber Sales Associate to join our team. This position works at the front counter of our hardware store and lumber department, assisting customers and supporting our lumber sales team with day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist customers with purchases and product questions at the front counter Answer and direct incoming phone calls Provide basic guidance on lumber and building materials Help support lumber sales staff by assisting walk-in customers Assist with paperwork and general support tasks as needed Maintain a clean, organized, and customer-friendly store environment

Qualifications:

Previous retail or customer service experience preferred Basic knowledge or experience with lumber or building materials Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and stay organized Dependable and team-oriented

Schedule:

Monday-Friday:

8:00 AM - 4:30

PM Saturdays:

8:00 AM - 12:00 PM (Spring through Fall)
