Job Description

Dandies at Eastwind Hotel is looking for an experienced and energetic Head Bartender/Server to lead our front-of-house team.
What You'll Do:
Run the bar and oversee service Craft cocktails, pour wine, and keep guests happy Train and mentor bar and server staff Manage inventory and keep the bar stocked and organized Handle opening and closing duties
What We're Looking For:
2+ years of bartending experience Natural leader who can manage a team during a rush Great personality and a passion for hospitality Knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and wine Strong knowledge of POS such as Toast.
