HEAD BARTENDER/SERVER — DANDELION at EASTWIND HOTEL

Dandelion restaurant is seeking an experienced and polished Head Bartender & Server to lead our bar and floor service team. About the Role This is a hands-on leadership position for a hospitality professional who takes pride in delivering an exceptional, elevated guest experience. You'll oversee bar operations, provide refined table service, and set the standard for our front-of-house team.

Responsibilities include:

Leading bar and table service during shifts Crafting cocktails and making wine and spirits recommendations Mentoring bar and server staff Managing inventory and daily bar setup Partnering with our culinary team on food and beverage pairings Providing attentive service to hotel and restaurant guests

What We're Looking For:

3+ years of bartending experience in an upscale dining setting Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred Knowledge of cocktails, wine, and spirits Ability to stay composed and gracious in a high-volume environment

Details:

Competitive base pay plus gratuity

Pay:

$20.00 - $25.00 per hour
