Immediately Job Description Head Boys Tennis Coach Job Description Daniel High School Athletics "Excellence is the Standard" Position Summary Season - Spring 2027 The Head Boys Tennis Coach at Daniel High School leads an education-based program focused on developing student-athletes in academics, character, and competition. The coach is responsible for building a culture of accountability, discipline, and excellence that reflects the school's tradition and community pride. Key Responsibilities Build and sustain a program where excellence is the standard in effort, behavior, and performance. Develop student-athletes as leaders in the classroom, community, and on the Plan and lead effective training sessions that promote skill development and team success. Lead and mentor assistant coaches to ensure alignment in values and Manage all program operations (communication, scheduling, equipment, compliance). Foster positive relationships with students, staff, families, and the community. Represent Daniel High School with professionalism and integrity at all times.
