Opportunity Type:

Contract‑to‑Hire Responsibilities Oversee daily maintenance operations and lead the maintenance team Complete and delegate work orders efficiently and professionally Perform advanced maintenance tasks, including: HVAC troubleshooting and repairs (if certified) Electrical and plumbing diagnostics Appliance repair and replacement Carpentry, drywall, and general building upkeep Manage unit turns and ensure timely, high‑quality make‑ready completion Maintain community grounds, common areas, and amenities Ensure compliance with safety standards, policies, and procedures Communicate effectively with property management and residents Maintain inventory of tools, supplies, and equipment Requirements Previous experience as a Lead Maintenance Technician or Maintenance Supervisor Strong apartment maintenance background Ability to lead, train, and support maintenance staff Skilled in troubleshooting and completing repairs independently Reliable, organized, and detail‑oriented Strong communication and customer service skills

HVAC/EPA
