Job Description

Head Girls Basketball Coach Pandora-Gilboa HSPandora-Gilboa High School is seeking a Head Girls Basketball Coach to lead and build a competitive K12 program. We are looking for a coach who emphasizes player development, strong culture, and long-term program growth.
Key Responsibilities:
•Lead and align the K12 program-Develop players through fundamentals and basketball IQ-Build a culture of accountability, toughness, and teamwork-Oversee offseason development (open gyms, camps, strength training•Manage all aspects of the varsity program-Collaborate with youth/junior high coaches and engage the community
Qualifications:
•Coaching experience preferred-Strong leadership and communication skills-Commitment to student-athlete development-Teaching license preferred (not required)
