QUALIFICATIONS

High School Diploma or Equivalent Training/Experience Demonstrated aptitude or competence in mechanical repairs, cleaning, and other maintenance/custodial tasks. Satisfactory health status as certified by a physician. Required Criminal History Background Check and proof of U.S. Citizenship. Acceptable references. Wage or Salary Information Non-Certified Staff (position name): Salary $45,000-$50,000 Benefits Information Enrollment in PERS (Public Employees' Retirement System) and Group Life Insurance through NJ Department of Pensions and Benefits AmeriHealth New Jersey Educators Health Plan (Medical) Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of NJ (Dental) FlexFacts (FSA) Flexible Spending Account Opt-Out of Benefits Annual Waiver.

Range:

$1,000 - $2,000 per year Twenty Vacation Days, Twelve Paid Sick days, Two Personal Days, Five Death-in-Family days given annually. Eligibility for enrollment in 403b Tax Shelter Annuity Plans and Roth Plans.
