Contract type Full-Time Location Beverly Hills, CA Specialty Fashion Salary 110000 Remote No Reference 509628 Contact name Anne Kalmin Job description Head of HR Beverly Hills, CA On-siteFull-Time We are seeking a Head of HR to lead talent acquisition and oversee core HR operations within a fast-paced fashion and e-commerce environment. This person will partner closely with leadership to manage full-cycle recruiting across corporate, creative, and operational functions while also supporting onboarding, employee relations, payroll coordination, performance management, and HR compliance. This is a highly visible role that will help shape the organization by building scalable people processes, attracting top talent, and fostering a culture of accountability, growth, and operational excellence.
Important:
Candidates must have prior experience in the fashion or apparel industry. This is a key requirement for the role. Key Responsibilities Lead full-cycle recruiting across corporate, creative, and operational roles Develop and execute hiring strategies aligned with business needs Manage onboarding, employee relations, and HR policies Partner with leadership on performance management and workforce planning Oversee HR compliance, documentation, and internal HR processes Qualifications 4+ years of experience in HR and recruiting Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
