Duties Lead and perform a variety of head spa treatments, including scalp massages, hair therapy, and relaxation therapies with precision and enthusiasm Provide personalized consultations to understand client needs and recommend suitable treatments to enhance their wellness experience Ensure all treatment areas are maintained in pristine condition, adhering to strict hygiene protocols and safety standards Train and mentor junior spa staff to deliver consistent, high-quality service while fostering a positive team environment Manage appointment schedules efficiently to maximize client satisfaction and operational flow Stay updated on the latest head spa techniques, products, and industry trends to continually elevate service offerings Promote retail sales of recommended products that complement treatments, enhancing client results and satisfaction Experience Proven experience as a head spa specialist or similar role within the wellness or beauty industry Strong knowledge of scalp health, hair care products, and relaxation massage techniques Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with diverse clients in a lively, energetic manner Demonstrated leadership skills with experience mentoring or supervising team members Certification in cosmetology, massage therapy, or related fields preferred but not mandatory if complemented by extensive hands-on experience Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings to accommodate client schedules Join us in creating memorable wellness journeys!
