As our Health Management Consultant on the Employer Services team, you will partner with clients to assess, design, and implement health and wellness programs that improve outcomes and manage costs. Responsibilities include claims and data analysis, developing tailored strategies, coordinating with carriers and vendors, monitoring program effectiveness, ensuring regulatory compliance, and providing client education and training. The role requires strong analytical, communication, and project management skills, knowledge of health benefits and wellness compliance, and the ability to maintain client and vendor relationships. We'd love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills: Proven and consistent success in the health promotion industry Strong knowledge of worksite wellness, best practices and general knowledge of the insurance industry Bachelor's degree in related field Detailed with excellent organizational and time management skills Strong interpersonal and customer-service skills with a high sense of urgency Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong public speaking and presentation skills Prior success and experience operating in a fast-paced environment Proven relationship-builder with clients, vendors, management, and peers Strong customer service-related skills Proficiency in Microsoft office applications required These additional qualifications are a plus, but not required to apply: Life & Health Insurance License Certified Health Education Specialist (CEHS) or other health promotion designation preferred We know there are excellent candidates who might not check all of these boxes. The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
