Description
  • HEALTH PROGRAM INCENTIVES MANAGER
  • You are required to live in New Mexico to be considered for this role.
  • The Incentives Program Manager coordinates with broader team leadership on design and execution of a health provider incentive program to accelerate health service delivery transformation.
Directs day-to-day provider incentive management program. Develops application requirements in collaboration with the state client and ICF team leadership. Develops provider marketing materials. Provides operational guidance to team on coordination of provider interest. Oversees application submission and review process. Ensures compliance with federal and state requirements.
  • Basic Qualifications:
  • + Bachelor's degree in public health, health policy, public administration, social sciences, or related field. + Minimum 4 years of experience developing operational and technical requirements for competitive grant applications. + Prior experience supervising staff.
  • Additional Qualifications:
  • + Strong attention to detail and broad experience with management tools to track grant reviews.
+ Prior experience with healthcare provider recruitment, engagement, or training, with rural, frontier, Tribal, safety-net provider experience. + Demonstrated ability to translate complex program, funding, and reporting requirements into clear, plain language, provider-facing materials. + Exceptional facilitation, communication, partner engagement, project management, and problem solving skills.

  • Pay Range
  • - There are multiple factors that are considered in determining final pay for a position, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location, education and certifications as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position.
The pay range for this position based on full-time employment is: $74,090.00 - $125,954.00 Nationwide Remote Office (US99)
