Job Description
Must Have Technical/Functional Skill Migration Expertise
- Proven experience leading healthcare migration projects (data migration, application migration, or platform migration)
- Strong understanding of migration-specific activities
- Ability to design and execute migration strategies tailored to migration complexities 2. Risk Identification & Delivery Awareness
- Demonstrated ability to proactively identify delivery risks, integration gaps, and failure points in a migration lifecycle
- Experience flagging issues early and driving resolution in collaboration with project managers and architects

- Capability to adapt communication style based on audience — from developers to senior leadership
- Experience preparing and presenting test status reports, risk summaries, and milestone updates 6. Conflict Management
- Ability to manage and resolve conflicts around priorities, timelines, and ownership in a multi-team, high-pressure environment
- Calm and constructive approach to disagreements, always keeping overall delivery objective in focus 7. Technical Proficiency
- Sufficient technical depth to engage meaningfully with engineering teams
- Understanding of integration dependencies, data flows, and system architecture in migration context Roles & Responsibilities We are seeking a Senior Migration Lead to anchor the quality and delivery assurance of a complex migration program.

- Ensure environments are stable and testing is complete before each release
- Handle conflicts and keep teams aligned
- Mediate priority conflicts between teams in a professional, solution-oriented manner
- Report test status and quality metrics to delivery leadership on a regular cadence
Salary Range:
$110,000- 125,000 a year
