Job Description:

One of our healthcare clients is seeking a Temporary Practice Coordinator to join their team ASAP! This is a great opportunity for someone to step into a fast-paced, patient-focused environment. The assignment is open-ended, with potential for extension. About the Role In this role, you'll serve as a first point of contact for patients and play a key part in keeping daily operations running smoothly. You'll manage front desk activity, coordinate scheduling, and ensure a high level of patient service. Responsibilities Answer, screen, and triage incoming phone calls Schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments Greet patients and manage front desk operations Coordinate provider calendars and daily schedules Maintain accurate patient information and documentation Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Prior experience in a medical office, hospital, or healthcare setting strongly preferred Required Skills Excellent phone triage and communication skills Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment High level of professionalism and confidentiality Pay & Compensation The hourly pay range for this position is $20-$25 , based on experience and qualifications. This is a temporary position; benefits eligibility may be limited.
