Billing & Project Support Coordinator Westinghouse Electric Company 401(k) United States, Massachusetts, Norwell May 08, 2026 About the role: Arvada, CO Hybrid The Billing & Project Support Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting internal project teams through highvolume billing, work order processing, and purchase order (PO) resolution. You will focus on daily transactional accuracy, followup, work with Project Managers (PMs) and job runners to ensure billing and operational workflows move.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform highvolume billing activities daily, including up to 100 SAP entries depending on workload Create and resolve work orders and purchase orders (POs) in SAP Investigate and correct billing discrepancies, work order issues, and PO errors Communicate with Project Managers, job runners, coordinators, and internal partners to resolve issues and ensure processing Participate in weekly vendor meetings and follow up on action items Track updates and maintain accurate supporting documentation using Microsoft 365 tools Support team members by ensuring billing accuracy, compliance Collaborate with a team of six, sharing information and best practices in a supportive environment

Qualifications:

3+ years of experience working with SAP, specifically work Familiarity with Power BI within Microsoft SAP experience beyond work orders and POs Our Safety Pledge to
