Position Overview Our established medical practice in Gilbert is seeking a passionate, entrepreneurial, Licensed Acupuncturist (L.Ac.) or Alternative Medicine Therapist to join our team as an Independent Contractor (1099). This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated individual who wants to build and drive their own business within a professional, collaborative medical facility. While we provide a modern treatment room, basic front-desk scheduling infrastructure, the contractor is fully responsible for proactively marketing, promoting, and independent lead-generation to grow their own book of business. You will have complete autonomy to manage your clinical practice, set your own schedule, and run your business under our roof. ​​​​​​​

Contractor Responsibilities Business Development:

Actively market, network, and self-promote to source, secure, and retain your own independent patient base. Conduct comprehensive patient intake and assessment. Design and execute individualized acupuncture or alternative therapy treatment plans. Deliver safe, sterile, and professional acupuncture treatments utilizing clean needle techniques, cupping techniques, Reiki or any alternative medicine techniques. Manage your own schedule, availability, and marketing strategies.

Requirements & Qualifications Entrepreneurial Mindset:

Proven track record or strong desire to independently build, market, and manage a client roster.

Licensure:

Current, active, and unrestricted license to practice acupuncture or alternative medicine.

Insurance:

Must carry and maintain independent Professional Malpractice Liability Insurance. What We Provide Furnished, professional treatment room space in our modern medical facility.
