Our team is small — three practitioners — but deeply skilled and growing. The people who come to us are moving through some of the most emotionally weighty chapters of their lives, and we hold that with real care. We look for that same care in everyone who joins us. The Role We're bringing on a reproductive health acupuncturist to join our clinical team part-time, with room to grow as we do. You'll start with Tuesday and Wednesday shifts. Over time, the schedule typically grows to include Thursday evenings as well, as the practice expands. You'll be stepping into an active clinic with patients, structure, and momentum already established. This position also suits someone interested in IVF transfer acupuncture — we work with patients undergoing IVF and need a practitioner comfortable attending transfers at partner fertility clinics around Los Angeles. We're looking for a long-term team member. This isn't a good match for someone planning to launch their own practice soon, or looking for a short-term placement. What the Job Involves Delivering acupuncture care centered on fertility, IVF support, ART preparation, menstrual health, and broader reproductive wellness Attending off-site IVF transfers at partner clinics as needed Working efficiently within 15-20 minute patient slots Connecting quickly and genuinely with patients who are often anxious or navigating a difficult medical process Keeping charting accurate and timely Staying in close communication with the front desk and clinical team Helping sustain a collaborative, professional team culture Required Qualifications Active, valid California Acupuncture License At least one year of clinical experience specifically in fertility or reproductive health acupuncture (general wellness or pain-focused practice doesn't meet this bar) Working knowledge of IVF protocols, ART timelines, and what patients experience at each stage Availability to attend off-site IVF transfers at partner fertility clinics in the LA area Strong interpersonal skills and comfort supporting patients through emotionally sensitive moments Dependability and a team-first mindset — in a small clinic, this matters a lot Preferred FABORM certification, or active work toward ABORM candidacy Doctorate in Chinese Medicine (DACM or DAOM) Familiarity with IVF medications, protocols, and monitoring cycles Experience coordinating with reproductive endocrinologists or fertility clinics Solid grounding in both Eastern and Western approaches to reproductive health We'll train the right candidate who brings the clinical foundation, emotional intelligence, and genuine motivation to grow in this specialty — but we can't train someone starting from zero in reproductive health. Compensation Base pay is $20-$120 per hour, no administrative burden — no billing, no marketing, no scheduling. You show up, care for patients, and go home. We handle the rest.
