Job Description
Overview We are an acute musculoskeletal injury and medical-legal based Chiropractic office looking for a responsible and energetic aide to assist the office manage in our fast paced clinical environment. This is a part time job with only a few hours a week from 845am to 12pm Responsibilities Prepare treatment areas and equipment for therapy sessions, maintaining cleanliness and organization. Monitor patient progress, and communicate relevant information to the healthcare team. Updating records while maintaining strict confidentiality. Assist office manager with scanning documents Applicants must absolutely have reliable transportation. Experience Since we are a medical legal practice under a chiropractic license, it is very crucial that potential applicants have some experience or are comfortable with communicating with staff and possible attorney offices regarding patient care. Prior experience in patient service or clinic settings or front desk where greeting numerous people per day is highly desirable. Demonstrated ability to communicate and coordinate seamlessly within multidisciplinary teams. Spanish speaking is a plus
