English & Spanish required About the Position We are a friendly, patient-centered acupuncture clinic in Orange seeking a dependable, caring, and bilingual Front Desk / Clinic Assistant to support our patients and daily clinic operations. This position combines front-desk responsibilities with basic patient and clinical support . This is a good fit for someone who enjoys helping people, communicates well, stays organized, and would like to learn more about working in a healthcare setting. No prior medical office or receptionist experience is required. Training will be provided. What You'll Do
  • Warmly greet patients and assist with check-in and check-out
  • Answer phone calls and schedule appointments
  • Ask basic intake questions and collect patient forms
  • Take basic vital signs, such as blood pressure and pulse
  • Assist with basic insurance and claim preparation
  • Prepare and reset treatment rooms between patients
  • Keep treatment areas, supplies, and equipment clean and organized
  • Communicate professionally with patients and staff in English and Spanish
  • Assist with general front-office and clinic duties as needed What We're Looking For
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Friendly, patient, dependable, and professional
  • Punctual and reliable
  • Comfortable interacting with patients of different ages and backgrounds
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willing to learn clinic and administrative procedures
  • Comfortable using basic computer systems
