Job Summary We are seeking a compassionate, skilled, and licensed Clinical Acupuncturist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two (2) years of clinical experience providing acupuncture treatments, developing individualized care plans, and working collaboratively with patients to improve their overall health and well-being. The acupuncturist will assess patient conditions, perform acupuncture treatments, educate patients on wellness practices, and maintain accurate clinical documentation. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive patient consultations and health assessments. Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and diagnoses. Perform acupuncture treatments using safe, evidence-based techniques. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary. Educate patients on lifestyle modifications, nutrition, stress management, and other complementary wellness practices. Maintain accurate and timely patient records in accordance with clinic policies and regulatory requirements. Ensure a clean, safe, and professional treatment environment. Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care when appropriate. Adhere to all state licensing regulations, HIPAA requirements, and professional standards of practice. Qualifications Active state Acupuncture license in good standing. Minimum of two (2) years of clinical acupuncture experience. Master's degree or higher in Acupuncture or Oriental Medicine from an accredited institution. Current CPR/BLS certification preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning abilities. Ability to build rapport with patients and provide compassionate care. Experience with electronic health records (EHR) is preferred. Preferred Qualifications Experience treating musculoskeletal pain, sports injuries, women's health, stress management, or chronic pain conditions. Knowledge of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), cupping, moxibustion, electroacupuncture, or herbal medicine is a plus. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply. Physical Requirements Ability to stand, sit, and move throughout the clinic for extended periods. Manual dexterity required for acupuncture procedures. Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.
