Perform acupuncture procedures using sterile techniques ensuring patient comfort and safety. Document patient histories, treatment notes, and progress records accurately. Provide additional services such as laser therapy and nutritional guidance to support holistic healing. Educate patients on physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology related to their conditions and treatments. Assist with intake procedures including gathering patient information and explaining treatment processes. Engage with patients for consultations, follow-ups, and ongoing care management. Collaborate effectively with families and other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive patient support. Skills Proficiency with systems for record keeping and appointment scheduling. Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology relevant to acupuncture practice. Excellent client communication skills to explain treatments clearly and empathetically. Experience working with diverse populations. Ability to perform patient assessments accurately and develop effective treatment plans.
