Licensed Acupuncturist Radiant Wellness is an established integrative wellness practice in Cockeysville, Maryland. We're growing our team and looking for a Licensed Acupuncturist who is clinically confident, enjoys building genuine relationships with patients, and wants to be part of a collaborative practice. Women's health is a significant part of our practice, supporting women through menstrual and cycle concerns, fertility, pregnancy, postpartum, perimenopause, and menopause. We also treat pain and injuries, headaches, stress, sleep, digestive health, and more. What You'll Do Provide acupuncture treatments and individualized care based on each patient's needs. Perform TCM assessments, medical history reviews, and appropriate physical examinations. Treat a variety of conditions, with an opportunity to develop a specialty in women's health, pain, or other areas of interest. Incorporate cupping, gua sha, e-stim, trigger point therapy, manual therapy, and herbal medicine as appropriate. Maintain clear and accurate EHR documentation. Educate patients on treatment, self-care, and practical ways to support their health. Build strong, lasting relationships with patients. Collaborate with the other practitioners at Radiant when it benefits the patient. Maintain a clean, organized, professional treatment space. What We're Looking For Active Maryland acupuncture license. Strong acupuncture and TCM clinical skills. Solid understanding of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology. Confidence treating pain, musculoskeletal conditions, and acute or subacute injuries. Experience with women's health is strongly preferred. Strong communication skills and genuine interest in patient care. Good clinical judgment, professionalism, and attention to detail. Someone who works well independently but enjoys being part of a small team. Why Radiant? At Radiant, you get to focus on being a practitioner. We handle the business side of the practice, including scheduling, appointment reminders, payment processing, billing, insurance, marketing, and day-to-day administrative work. You're responsible for your patients and your charting, but you don't have to spend your evenings chasing payments, answering scheduling questions, managing a calendar, or figuring out how to get patients in the door. You'll have the support of an experienced administrative team, a steady flow of established patients, and the freedom to focus your energy where it matters: providing great care and building relationships with your patients. We're a small, collaborative practice, and we want our practitioners to feel like practitioners, not employees who also happen to run a business.
