Our Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine clinic is looking for a qualified Front Desk Administrator who is first and foremost passionate about the care of others. You are well organized, professional, self-motivated, a quick learner, and can effectively manage your time with multiple competing priorities. We are seeking a person with a positive attitude, organizational skills, mature communication skills, both verbal and written, and excellent people skills.

We offer a warm, friendly, and healthy environment, where a dedicated team of four acupuncturists provide the highest quality of Acupuncture and Chinese medicine to our patient population. Our mission is to serve the community, promote healing, and empower individuals to live their best lives. We are grateful to have so many wonderful patients.
Responsibilities:
Greet patients warmly and create a welcoming environment Collect payments and assist with scheduling appointments Answer phone calls, texts, and emails promptly and professionally Verify insurance coverage and follow up with insurance companies regarding payments Submit insurance claims (on-the-job training provided for insurance-related tasks) Additional tasks as needed: stocking products and sheets, cleaning cups, and taking out trash or recycling.
Qualifications:
Strong communication and customer service skills Organized, focused, detail-oriented, and able to multitask while remaining calm Basic computer skills for managing emails, texts, and scheduling Experience with insurance processes is a plus but not required (training provided) Ability to problem solve and work independently and as part of a small, collaborative team
Compensation & Benefits:
Starting salary: $18•25 per hour, based on experience Annual raises
Hours:
12-20 hours per week, with some flexibility
Primary Schedule:
Thursday:
approximately 12:00 PM•6:00
PM Friday:
approximately 11:00 AM•5:00 PM Ideally, working a few hours on Saturdays or Sundays Additional hours will be available as we grow our team How to
