Chang Rehabilitation Center is seeking to hire a Partime Weekends Woman Acupunturist Saturday & Sunday NYS licensed Acupunturist. Please apply with your resume and availability. We are a small office and are a close knit team and we are looking for an additional team member. Only Woman acupunturist.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Acupuncturist to join our team. As an Acupuncturist, you will provide patient care through the use of acupuncture techniques to promote healing and pain management. Your role will involve conducting physical examinations, administering acupuncture treatments, and providing patient education on holistic health practices.
Duties:
  • Perform acupuncture treatments to address acute and chronic pain conditions
  • Conduct thorough physical examinations to assess patients' health status
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on patients' needs and goals
  • Administer trigger point therapy to alleviate muscle tension and promote relaxation
  • Utilize aseptic technique to ensure safe and sterile acupuncture procedures
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care
  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
  • Stay updated on the latest research and advancements in acupuncture techniques
  • Educate patients on the benefits of acupuncture and holistic health practices
Skills:
  • Strong patient service skills with a focus on providing compassionate care
  • Proficient in acute pain management techniques using acupuncture
  • Extensive knowledge of pain management principles and strategies
  • Ability to perform thorough physical examinations to assess patients' conditions
  • Skilled in trigger point therapy to address muscle tension and promote relaxation
  • Familiarity with aseptic technique to ensure safe acupuncture procedures
  • Understanding of hospital protocols and procedures related to patient care
  • In-depth knowledge of human physiology and anatomy
