We work with patients navigating pain, stress, burnout, and complex chronic conditions, helping them reconnect with their bodies and move toward sustainable health. The Role We're seeking an acupuncturist who is grounded in both the physical and emotional dimensions of care. This role is ideal for someone who understands that musculoskeletal pain, stress, and internal imbalance are often deeply interconnected. While many of our patients present with orthopedic concerns, our approach goes beyond symptom treatment—supporting nervous system regulation, recovery from chronic stress, and whole-person healing. What You'll Do Provide individualized acupuncture treatments that address both physical symptoms and underlying patterns Treat a range of conditions including pain, stress-related disorders, fatigue, and internal imbalances Support patients in regulating their nervous system and building resilience over time Integrate orthopedic assessment with a broader Chinese medicine framework Educate patients on self-care practices, including breath, movement, and lifestyle shifts Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to create cohesive care plans Maintain clear, thoughtful clinical documentation What We're Looking For Licensed Acupuncturist (LAc) in Oregon Experience or interest in treating both pain and stress-related conditions Understanding of the relationship between the nervous system, emotions, and physical health Grounded, present, and compassionate bedside manner Clear communication and patient education skills A collaborative and growth-oriented mindset Bonus Qualifications Experience with orthopedic or sports acupuncture Training in trauma-informed care, somatic therapies, or nervous system regulation Background in movement practices (yoga, qi gong, pilates, etc.) Experience working in integrative or multidisciplinary settings
