What You'll Do As a Part-Time Acupuncturist at Compass, you'll: Provide individualized acupuncture treatment for a range of conditions — pain, stress, sleep, women's health, and general wellbeing Practice in a space designed to feel like a community living room, not a clinical waiting room Have the option to offer community/group acupuncture sessions as part of building connection and access Collaborate with a team that includes physical therapy, massage therapy, behavioral health, and health coaching — real interdisciplinary care, not referrals into a void Help patients understand their treatment, not just receive it — education is part of how we practice Enjoy the flexibility of part-time hours while being part of a mission-driven team Our Four Pillars (and where you fit) Learn — You'll help patients understand their bodies and the "why" behind their treatment plan Move — Your work often complements movement-based care, helping patients return to activity with less pain and more ease Heal — Your clinical expertise is central to what we do — personalized, collaborative, coordinated care Connect — You'll be part of a community, not a practitioner tucked away in a back room between patients What We're Looking For Licensed Acupuncturist in Oregon (or eligible for licensure), L.Ac.
