Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including physical examinations and detailed health histories, to determine appropriate acupuncture treatments. Perform acupuncture procedures using aseptic techniques to ensure safety and hygiene standards are maintained at all times. Educate patients on post-treatment care, lifestyle modifications, and self-care strategies to support ongoing health goals. Stay current with medical terminology, physiology knowledge, and advancements in acupuncture practices to continually enhance your skills. Requirements No experience is required, but candidates with 2 or more years of experience are preferred. Excellent communication skills are necessary. Has experience work in community acupuncture style (ex. Morden acupuncture) preferred. Valid state licensure as a Licensed Acupuncturist with current certification. Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology relevant to acupuncture practice. Excellent patient service skills with a compassionate approach to patient care and assessment. Ability to perform physical examinations confidently while maintaining aseptic technique standards. Demonstrated understanding of patient assessment procedures and the ability to develop effective treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
