Licensed Acupuncturist (L.Ac.) — Full-Time Paradigm Wellness | Corpus Christi, TX | In-Person About Paradigm Wellness Paradigm Wellness is South Texas' largest wellness clinic specializing in acupuncture and integrative care. We have served more than 30,000 patients across acupuncture, massage, and skincare and have been recognized for our work in fertility and pain management. We are expanding our team and are looking for a Licensed Acupuncturist who provides thoughtful, high-quality patient care while maintaining excellent communication, documentation, and time management. What You'll Do Provide individualized acupuncture treatments based on each patient's needs and goals Treat a broad range of patients, including those seeking care for pain, stress, sleep concerns, headaches, fertility, and general wellness Complete accurate, timely clinical documentation and maintain organized patient records Educate patients about treatment plans and recommend appropriate follow-up based on clinical judgment Communicate professionally and confidently with patients throughout their care Collaborate with other providers, including chiropractic and massage teams, with additional physical therapy and primary care services planned Maintain a clean, professional treatment environment Follow clinic policies, procedures, and standards of care Provide consistent follow-through and support positive patient experiences Required Qualifications Current Texas Acupuncturist License (L.Ac.) in good standing Strong communication and interpersonal skills Professional, reliable, and patient-focused approach Ability to maintain a consistent schedule and manage appointment times effectively Comfortable treating a diverse patient population Ability to complete appropriate documentation in an EHR or clinic system Preferred Qualifications 1-3+ years of clinical experience preferred; new graduates are welcome to apply Experience in an integrative or multidisciplinary healthcare setting Familiarity with VA/Community Care workflows (a plus, not required) Experience with additional modalities such as cupping, gua sha, e-stim, or laser acupuncture Why Join Paradigm Wellness?
