Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking skilled and compassionate Acupuncturists to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of acupuncture techniques, a commitment to providing exceptional patient care, and strong communication skills. Mandarin Chinese speaking ability is preferred. This role involves assessing patient needs, developing treatment plans, and delivering effective acupuncture therapies to promote healing and wellness. Responsibilities Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine individual treatment needs. Develop personalized treatment plans based on patient evaluations and medical history. Administer acupuncture treatments with precision and care, utilizing various techniques, including trigger point therapy. Provide education to patients regarding their conditions and the benefits of acupuncture in pain management. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes. Maintain accurate patient records, documenting treatments, progress, and any changes in conditions. Stay updated on advancements in acupuncture practices and medical terminology relevant to the field. Skills Excellent patient assessment skills with a focus on individualized care. Ability to communicate effectively with patients, ensuring they understand their treatment plans. Familiarity with medical terminology relevant to pain management and patient care. A compassionate approach to patient service, demonstrating empathy and understanding throughout treatment processes. Requirements A valid Texas Acupuncturist License is required. Prior experience in acupuncture practice is essential. Certification in acupuncture from an accredited institution is required. Compensation Salary is dependent on the number of patients treated and will be discussed during the interview process.
