Role:
Docere Integrated Medicine PLLC is looking for a skilled and passionate Acupuncturist to join their integrative healthcare team in Auburn, WA. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patients' lives through holistic, evidence-informed care in a collaborative clinical environment.
Responsibilities:
Perform acupuncture treatments tailored to individual patient needs and health goals Conduct thorough patient intake assessments, health histories, and TCM-based diagnoses Develop and manage personalized treatment plans using acupuncture and adjunct therapies Collaborate with integrated medicine practitioners to coordinate comprehensive patient care Maintain accurate and timely patient records and documentation Educate patients on treatment protocols, lifestyle recommendations, and wellness strategies Uphold a safe, clean, and professional clinical environment in accordance with state regulations
Requirements:
Valid Washington State Acupuncture license (or eligibility to obtain) Graduate degree from an accredited acupuncture or Oriental medicine program NCCAOM board certification preferred Experience with Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), cupping, moxibustion, or other adjunct modalities Strong interpersonal and patient communication skills Ability to work collaboratively within an integrative, multidisciplinary healthcare setting Organized, detail-oriented, and committed to ongoing professional development
