Administrative Support We handle many of the responsibilities that can pull therapists away from clinical work, including scheduling support, billing, insurance processes, and other administrative functions. Established Referral Sources Join an established practice with ongoing marketing, community relationships, and referral sources designed to help clinicians build and maintain their caseloads. Who We're Looking For We are seeking an Alabama-licensed or associate-level mental health professional (LPC, LICSW, LMFT, ALC, LMSW, or LMFT-A) who: Provides compassionate, ethical, high-quality clinical care Is dependable and able to maintain a consistent schedule and caseload Completes documentation accurately and on time Communicates professionally with clients and team members Is comfortable working independently while still being part of a team Values continued learning and professional growth Shares our commitment to reducing stigma and increasing access to mental health care Availability for evening and/or after-school appointments is especially desirable for our Tuscaloosa office.
