Lab is seeking a personable, energetic and dependable PEMF Technician / Wellness Technician to join our Scottsdale team. This is a hands-on, client-facing position for someone who is passionate about wellness, recovery and providing an exceptional customer experience. PEMF (Pulsed Electromagnetic Field) therapy uses low-frequency electromagnetic pulses to support cellular activity, circulation, recovery, relaxation and overall wellness. At JOLT, every session is technician-guided and customized based on each client's individual goals and response. No previous PEMF experience is required — comprehensive training and certification is provided. This position requires working at both JOLT Scottsdale locations: Old Town Scottsdale and Shea/101. Saturday availability is required. Responsibilities Provide personalized, technician-guided PEMF sessions Work hands-on with clients to properly position PEMF accessories and customize sessions based on individual goals Monitor client comfort and response throughout each session and make appropriate adjustments Educate clients on PEMF therapy and answer questions in a knowledgeable, professional and approachable manner Provide an exceptional level of customer service from arrival through checkout Build relationships with clients and support consistency with their recommended wellness and recovery plans Assist with scheduling, rescheduling, checkout, packages, memberships and client communication Maintain accurate client notes and session information Keep treatment areas clean, organized and ready for each client Learn and follow JOLT protocols, equipment procedures and safety guidelines Support day-to-day studio operations and work collaboratively with the JOLT team Qualifications Strong customer service and interpersonal skills Comfortable providing hands-on client care and working one-on-one with clients Genuine interest in holistic health, wellness, recovery and helping others Professional, warm and confident communication style Dependable, organized and attentive to detail Comfortable learning technology, equipment and individualized wellness protocols Able to work independently while also contributing to a team environment Previous experience in wellness, fitness, physical therapy, chiropractic, healthcare, hospitality or a client-focused environment is a plus.
