Denver Latino Counseling, LLC is seeking a part-time Spanish-speaking therapist to join our supportive and mission-driven private practice. We are a growing practice committed to providing culturally competent mental health services to children, teens, adults, and couples in the Denver metro area. This is a great opportunity for a compassionate and skilled clinician who is ready to make a meaningful impact while working in a flexible and collaborative environment
Position Highlights:
Part-time position with flexible hours Provide therapy to children, teens, adults, and couples Supportive supervision and consultation provided regularly Administrative tasks (billing, referrals) handled by the practice Remote and in-person options available
Requirements:
Must be fully bilingual in Spanish and English Master's degree in counseling, social work, marriage and family therapy, or related field or Licensed Practitioner, LPC, LCSW, LMFT Registered with DORA (Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies) Strong clinical skills and cultural competence Experience working with Latino/a clients is a plus Responsibilities Provide bilingual psychotherapy services to clients, children and families, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans. Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Ensure holistic patient care, particularly for children and families.
