Alternative health practitioners may work in medical office settings, private clinics or even make house calls.
Nightingale Counseling Services is hiring a Florida-licensed LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT for a flexible W-2 therapist position in Lakewood Ranch. This position is ideal for a clinician who wants to continue doing meaningful therapy work while maintaining significant control over their schedule. It may be a particularly good fit for someone balancing family responsibilities, another professional role, a private practice, or simply looking for a smaller and more flexible caseload.

Ideal candidate The ideal candidate is independently licensed in Florida and is looking for a flexible position where they can focus primarily on clinical work rather than running the administrative side of a private practice. We are looking for someone who is: An active Florida LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT Warm, dependable, and clinically thoughtful Comfortable working independently Timely with documentation and communication Interested in being part of a small, growing therapy practice Looking for flexibility rather than a rigid full-time schedule There is no minimum caseload, and clinicians can establish availability that works with their schedule.
