I'm looking for a very specific clinician. Not because I need to fill a position. Because I'm looking for the right person. Personal Growth Therapy Center has reached a point where many new clients contact us specifically asking to work with me. While I will continue seeing clients, I'm looking for a licensed therapist whom I can confidently recommend, someone I trust to provide the same level of warmth, clinical excellence, and compassionate care that our practice is known for. I'm looking for the kind of therapist I would feel completely confident referring my own family or closest friends to. This may be a great fit if you are: A licensed LMHC, LCSW, or LMFT in Florida. An experienced clinician with strong clinical judgment and a warm, grounded therapeutic presence. Provide therapy in English and/or Spanish (bilingual is highly preferred). Looking for 1-2 days a week to start, with the opportunity to grow if desired. Returning to practice after maternity leave, stepping away from a full-time role, easing back into clinical work, or simply looking for a practice where you can focus on therapy instead of running a business. Someone who values collaboration, lifelong learning, and exceptional client care. Someone who wants to help build a practice known for trust, quality, and meaningful relationships. At Personal Growth Therapy Center, we provide in-person therapy in Tampa and telehealth throughout Florida. We work with adults, children, adolescents, couples, and families, and we are in-network with several major insurance plans. I'm not looking to make the fastest hire.
