About the Role As a Health & Performance Specialist , you'll help clients better understand their health through industry-leading assessments while delivering an exceptional experience from the moment they walk through our doors. You'll become an expert in services such as: DEXA Body Composition Scans Resting Metabolic Rate (RMR) Testing VO₂ Max Testing Fit3D Body Scans Beyond testing, you'll educate clients, help them understand their results, confidently recommend services that best support their goals, contribute to our community outreach and social media presence, and play an important role in the continued growth of DexaFit Atlanta. What You'll Do Perform DEXA Body Composition, Resting Metabolic Rate (RMR), VO₂ Max, and Fit3D assessments after completing training. Deliver an exceptional client experience from check-in through results review. Educate clients on their results in a way that is informative, encouraging, and easy to understand. Confidently recommend services and testing plans that best support each client's goals. Help clients schedule future assessments and create long-term testing plans. Meet individual and team sales goals through education, relationship-building, and exceptional service—not high-pressure sales tactics. Support clinical research studies by following established protocols with professionalism, accuracy, and strict attention to detail. Open and close the studio independently when scheduled. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming studio environment throughout every shift. Assist with community outreach events, networking opportunities, and local partnerships. Contribute to social media by helping create educational content, photos, videos, behind-the-scenes content, and client success stories (with permission). Follow studio policies and procedures while helping maintain operational excellence. Preferred Qualifications Degree or coursework in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, Nutrition, Biology, Health Sciences, or a related field preferred. Experience in health, fitness, sports performance, healthcare, or wellness. Experience with consultative sales, customer service, or client education. Experience supporting clinical or research studies is a plus. CPR/BLS certification is a plus (or willingness to obtain). Schedule & Availability This is a part-time position averaging approximately 25-30 hours per week. Applicants should have open availability Tuesday through Sunday , with weekend availability required . While our Atlanta studio is currently open Tuesday through Saturday, this position is being hired in anticipation of expanded Sunday operations. Applicants should be comfortable working Sundays as they are added to the schedule. This role requires flexibility and the ability to work full opening or closing shifts as business needs require. Reliable transportation is required.
