This is a low-stress position focused mainly on front desk responsibilities, including checking clients in and out, answering calls and emails, scheduling appointments, and assisting with daily clinic tasks. You'll also have the opportunity to learn directly from our acupuncturists and doctors about Traditional Chinese Medicine, acupuncture, Chinese herbal medicine, cupping, and other TCM practices. Occasional tasks may include taking out the trash, cleaning treatment rooms, and helping keep the clinic organized. Requirements Background, education, or previous experience in Traditional Chinese Medicine, acupuncture, Chinese herbal medicine, or a related field Previous student or graduate of a TCM, acupuncture, Chinese herbal medicine, or related program is welcome Must speak Chinese or Spanish Comfortable with phones, email, scheduling, and client check-in/check-out Reliable and able to work independently Full-time position with consistent hours.
