Heartist Guide & Retail Experience Specialist

Wild Heartist is a one-of-a-kind retail and creative space offering art, crystals, self-care products, and interactive "create-your-own" experiences. We are more than a store—we are a space for connection, creativity, and intention. We are seeking a grounded, heart-centered individual who loves working with people, has a passion for art and creativity, and can hold a welcoming, high-vibration space for both locals and visitors. This role is ideal for someone who naturally connects with others, enjoys guiding creative experiences, and takes pride in maintaining a beautiful, energetically clear environment. What You'll Do Welcome and connect with customers in a warm, authentic way Assist guests with "create-your-own" experiences (candles, scrubs, jewelry, art, etc.) Help customers select products (crystals, gifts, body care, art) Maintain a clean, organized, and visually inspiring space Operate POS system and handle transactions responsibly Restock and assist with inventory Support daily opening/closing procedures Contribute to a positive, grounded, and uplifting store energy Who You Are Naturally kind, patient, and people-oriented Comfortable guiding others through creative or hands-on activities Able to hold space for a wide range of personalities and emotions Attentive to both physical and energetic environments Reliable, responsible, and detail-oriented A team player with a positive attitude Aligned with creativity, wellness, or mindful living Basically...a Unicorn ♡⃛ Qualifications Previous retail or customer service experience preferred Experience with art, crafting, or hands-on creative work is a plus Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask in a dynamic environment Bonus (Not Required but Loved) Interest in crystals, wellness, or holistic living Experience in workshops, facilitation, or guiding others Background in art, design, or creative practices Position Details Part-time / Full-time (flexible based on candidate) Must be available weekends and some holidays Located in Kailua-Kona, HI How to Apply Please submit your resume along with a short note telling us: Why this role resonates with you Your experience working with people and/or creative environments We are looking for someone who values presence, intention, and kindness as much as skill.
