Waterlily Wellness is seeking an additional acupuncturist to join our team in the heart of Medford Square. We approach care with empathy and connection to the individual. We practice a myriad of styles including: Dr. Tan, Japanese, Orthopedic, TCM and Five Element. We administer 2-3 needle sets per treatment and end most of the private treatments with cupping, gua sha, or tuina. We accept nearly every insurance in order to meet the needs of many people who cannot afford cash-based treatment. We also recently opened a community space and offer community style treatments. We use Acubliss for scheduling and charting. We have team meetings 1-3 times a quarter to review our practices, skillshare, and create space for feedback on how to improve our environment to continue offering a serene place where people come to get relief from their stress and pain. This is a 50% commission-based W2 position.

Minimum qualifications:

Licensed Acupuncturist passing all necessary board exams and in good standing. Available 16-35 hours a week. Willing to credential with at least 3 major insurance companies. Willing to use a point of sale system to accept payments and clean sheets and change beds during your shift. Laundry is on site and must be started at the end of a shift. Able to work with 2 patients at a time with appointments starting every 30-45 minutes (can slowly build up to that). Additional qualifications we are interested in: Licensed Chinese Herbalist interested in working with custom prescriptions. Qi Gong, Tai Chi, yoga or movement instructor who is also interested in teaching in our group studio. LMT or history of body work CEUs and experience with myofascial release techniques. Availability on Monday, Thursday mornings, weekends any time and/or Tuesday and Friday evenings to fill existing gaps in our clinic schedule.

Pay:

$40.00 - $58.06 per hour Expected hours: 16.0 - 35.0 per week
