Job Description

Overview We are seeking an experienced and motivated Nurse Practitioner to lead aesthetic injectable and wellness services. Our medical spa specializes in advanced aesthetic and wellness treatments including Botox®, dermal fillers, laser hair removal, BBL photofacials, skin rejuvenation, medical-grade facials, microneedling, chemical peels, body contouring, hormone replacement therapy, medical weight loss, and more. We are looking for a passionate Nurse Practitioner who is eager to grow within the medical aesthetics and wellness industry and willing to expand their skills with advanced technologies including aesthetic lasers, BroadBand Light (BBL), radiofrequency devices, skin tightening platforms, and additional non-surgical cosmetic and wellness treatments. e.
Qualifications:
Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in the state of practice, in good standing Current national certification (AANP or ANCC) appropriate to population focus Current DEA registration (where applicable to scope and state requirements) Hands-on aesthetic injection experience required — including Botox/neurotoxins and dermal fillers — with proof of training; portfolio of prior work preferred Clinical experience with hormone replacement therapy (HRT) preferred , including patient evaluation, lab interpretation, and ongoing management Clinical experience with GLP-1 medications preferred (e.g., semaglutide, tirzepatide) for medical weight loss programs, including patient screening, titration, and follow-up Botox and dermal filler certification with documentation of training Zenoti experience preferred; proficiency with comparable EMR/practice management systems required Comfortable performing cosmetic and wellness consultations, good faith exams, and treatment planning Phlebotomy skills required Willingness to learn and become proficient on advanced aesthetic devices and technologies Current BLS certification Strong passion for aesthetics, wellness, skincare, and the client experience
Responsibilities:
Perform cosmetic injectable treatments including Botox/neurotoxins and dermal fillers Manage HRT programs including initial evaluation, lab review, dosing, and ongoing patient monitoring Manage medical weight loss programs including GLP-1 prescribing, patient screening, dose titration, and adverse effect monitoring Conduct good faith exams and comprehensive client consultations and assessments Educate clients on treatment options, expected outcomes, and skincare and wellness recommendations Perform or assist with aesthetic procedures including PRP/Vampire Facials, microneedling, laser treatments, BBL, and additional medical spa services Provide clinical oversight and collaboration with RNs and support staff within state scope-of-practice rules Maintain accurate charting, documentation, and adverse event reporting in Zenoti or designated EMR Ensure client safety, satisfaction, and exceptional customer service Assist with treatment room cleanliness and clinic organization Build and maintain long-term client relationships
