Health+ Mobile Provider About Us Health+ Mobile is a physician-supervised regenerative wellness practice built on one philosophy: no drugs, no needles, no surgery. We deliver SoftWave Therapy and Red Light Therapy through two clinic locations and a mobile concierge model that brings care directly to our clients. Our reputation is built on trust, warmth, and results — and every technician we hire is a direct reflection of our brand. The Role We're not looking for someone to just run equipment and watch the clock. We're looking for a superstar — someone who treats every client interaction, whether in person, on the phone, or by text, as a chance to represent our brand at its best. This person is equal parts clinical technician, patient advocate, and growth partner. They genuinely like people, they're comfortable picking up the phone and starting a conversation, and they take ownership of their work without needing to be micromanaged. What You'll Do

• Deliver SoftWave Therapy and Red Light Therapy sessions to clients in-clinic and via mobile visits, following clinical protocols
• Provide an outstanding, warm, white-glove client experience from check-in to check-out
• Answer phone calls and respond to texts/messages promptly and with a genuinely positive, helpful attitude
• Support outbound outreach efforts — following up with prospective clients and partners, helping grow our patient base and referral relationships
• Keep accurate treatment notes and client records
• Maintain a spotless, professional treatment space and mobile setup
• Represent the Health+ Mobile brand with integrity in every interaction — you are often the face of the company
• Collaborate with the care team and flag any client concerns to the supervising provider What You Bring
• Chiropractic Assistant (CA) license — or willingness to obtain one within 45 days of hire (we'll support you through this)
• A genuine love of people and service — you light up talking to clients and prospects, not just performing tasks
• Comfort and confidence on the phone; you don't shy away from outreach, you lean into it
• Reliability — we need someone we can trust to show up, stay focused, and work without being babysat

• Flexibility to work both clinic-based and mobile shifts
• A team-first, growth-oriented mindset — you want to help the business succeed, not just clock in and out
• Professional appearance and demeanor at all times
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation, with the ability to travel to mobile appointments as needed
• Strong organizational skills — able to manage scheduling, book appointments, and keep a calendar running smoothly Nice to Have (Big Pluses!)
• Experience with healthcare technology / EMR or scheduling software
• Prior experience with SoftWave Therapy
